International Shipping
International shipping rates and availability may vary depending on your location.
Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Berryboo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional postage fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is marked as pre-order, it will ship on the estimated date shown on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be sent together unless otherwise specified.
Packaging
Berryboo aims to package all orders securely using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos at berryboo.co@gmail.com.
